These are the Ancient Arms of Baron Williams of Burfield (now spelt Burghfield) in the Royal County of Berkshire.

The arms have been in abeyance since 1559 and will remain so until and unless a full,  bloodline descendant can be proved to the satisfaction of the College Of Heralds.
