Notes for ROBERT WARN:

Robert was registered as  WARN.  The addition of the e to the end of the name,  possibly as a result of a clerical error somewhere, probably occurred sometime in the 1870 s as all his children were registered as WARNE  This kind of error was common as many people, in those days, couldn't read or write so would not notice any error.  Robert was a case in point as he "Made his mark" on his marriage certificate. The names after this time are shown with the E in black whilst the WARN is blue. [ WARNE]
